The Story
Humo & Agave is a hidden evening fire inside Strata House — built for smoke, seafood, masa, citrus, chili, herbs, agave, and the pleasure of sharing food around the table.

Grilled seafood, charred vegetables, slow-cooked meats over live coals.
Tortillas pressed by hand. Tacos, tostadas, crunch, warmth.
Thai seafood, island herbs, citrus and tropical produce.
